Police Officer I -> Police Officer II

24 HOURS of active duty OR 14 DAYS of total time in LSPD.
Must not have any disciplinary actions in the past 7 DAYS.
Must be deemed fit for promotion by the Field Training Officers, and Sergeant Team or higher.

Police Officer II -> Police Officer III

48 HOURS of active duty OR 28 DAYS of total time since the last promotion.
Must not have any disciplinary actions in the past 7 DAYS.
Must show great activity in-game, and on the forums.

Police Officer III -> Sergeant I

96 HOURS of active duty OR 1 MONTH of total time since the last promotion.
Must not have any disciplinary actions in the past 14 DAYS.
Must have passed Sergeant Examination Patrol and examined by an LSPD LIEUTENANT or higher.
Must show great activity in-game, and on the forums.

Sergeant I -> Sergeant II

130 HOURS of active duty OR 1 MONTH of total time since the last promotion.
Must not have any disciplinary actions in the past 30 DAYS.
Must submit a LIEUTENANT EXAMINATION request - Sergeant II is a rank for Command Team students (those who wish to join the Command Team).
Must show great activity in-game, and on the forums.

Sergeant II -> Lieutenant

180 HOURS of active duty OR 2 MONTHS of total time since the last promotion.
Must not have any disciplinary actions in the past 30 DAYS.
Must have passed the LIEUTENANT EXAMINATION done by a member of the High Command team.
Must show great activity in-game, and on the forums.

Lieutenant -> Captain

250 HOURS of active duty OR 2 MONTHS of total time since the last promotion.
Must not have any disciplinary actions in the past 30 DAYS.
Promotions to captains are done for exceptional LIEUTENANTS as there is a quota of 3 (THREE) CAPTAINS at one time.
Must show great activity in-game, and on the forums.

A: HOURS of active duty ada total anda on duty (diambil dari Patrol Notes), sedangkan total time since the last promotion adalah rentang waktu sejak promotion terakhir anda. Misalnya anda sangat aktif dan telah memenuhi syarat HOURS of active duty untuk promotion, maka anda bisa dipromote (bila syarat yang lainnya terpenuhi) tanpa harus menuggu rentang waktu sejak promotion terakhir anda.

Q: Apa maksudnya Sergeant Examination, Lieutenant Examination, dll.?

A: Ini adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk menentukan apa seorang officer pantas mendapatkan rank Sergeant atau Lieutenant. Bila anda sudah mencapai rank yang dibutuhkan (PO-III untuk Sergeant Examination atau SGT II untuk Lieutenant Examination), maka anda akan mendapat info lebih banyak lagi tentang ini.
